The Building Crafts College specialises in construction based courses in areas such as carpentry, joinery, wood machining, furniture making, stonemasonry, maintenance, formworking, construction operations, multi-crafts and heritage including a degree in historic building conservation.


Carpentry & Joinery Tutor 

The Building Crafts College requires an experienced carpentry & joinery tutor, from January 2020 who is able to teach joinery courses, up to level 3 and support the delivery of the wood machining syllabus up to level 2. 

This role requires the delivery of both practical and theory based elements of the programme. The successful candidate will be an experienced bench joiner and will be able to deliver the high quality provision for which the BCC is well known.

We offer courses in both site carpentry and bench joinery to wide range of students including full-time 16-18 years olds, adult returners and apprentices.

English and Maths
English and Maths tutors support our 16-18 and apprenticeship provision.
