As a Centre of Vocational Excellence, the College is now an established key provider of construction related training within the Thames Gateway and Olympic development areas.

The College is committed to developing strong community links through outreach projects for school pupils and unemployed adults in an aim to prepare local people for possible future job opportunities.

The College has a key role in partnering with secondary education, local employer groups and funding organisations. We engage with the local authority to ensure that local people are fully informed and prepared for the social and economic changes benefiting the region.
