The Building Crafts College specialises in construction-based courses in carpentry, joinery, wood machining, furniture making, stonemasonry, maintenance, formworking, construction operations, multi-crafts and historic building conservation.
As the College expands to meet a growing demand in all subject areas, the BCC would like to hear from experienced and qualified teachers who feel that they can contribute to the high quality training delivered at the College.
Please contact the PA to the Principal at email@example.com or ring on 020 8522 1705.
We would particularly like to hear from practitioners in the following areas:
We offer a wide range of courses in this area for both young students starting out on their careers and adult returners who participate in our pre-apprenticeship programmes and short courses.
Carpentry and Joinery
We offer courses in both site carpentry and bench joinery to wide range of students including full-time 16-18 years olds, adult returners, apprentices and those who wish to study on a short course
English and Maths
English and Maths tutors support our 16-18 and apprenticeship provision.
If you feel you have what it takes to be part of this dynamic college that offers its employees very favourable conditions of employment then please contact us.
In addition to the way our curriculum is delivered we feel that we can offer the opportunity for volunteers to become part of College life and support students, or the work of the College, outside the normal curriculum delivery. Further information about volunteering at the College can be found here.
