Thursday Evening Classes are back!

Thursday evening classes start again on January 13th, delivered her in our workshops in east London.

Thursday evening classes are back! Woodcarving and an Introduction to Wood both start Thursday 13th January.

Both courses are taught from our purpose-built workshops in Stratford, East London, E15 1AH.

Courses run termly, with the opportunity to continue attending for a full year or more as you develop your skills.

Wood carving: Our wood carving course is delivered by the The Wood Carving Studio whose projects include carvings for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Barge and historic gilding works at the Tower of London.

Dates & times: 5.00 – 7.30pm on Thursdays, from 13th January – 24th March (with half term break on 17th February).

Cost: £400 per term

Introduction to Wood: This course offers a thorough introduction to joinery techniques, fundamental to developing your skills in both traditional and contemporary woodworking,  including mortice and tenon, basic mitred half joint, dovetail and tee halving, as well as the opportunity to construct a simple dovetail coin tray.

Dates & times: 5.30 – 7.30pm on Thursdays, from 13th January – 24th March (with half term break on 17th February).

Cost: £500 per term
